Deo Mark Alpajora won the first Sunday of the month Open 9-Ball Tournament at Hard Times Sacramento last November 7. 2010. Deo, from Paranaque City, Philippines but now lives in San Leandro, California is considered the best and the youngest Filipino pool player in the west coast today. He also won the same tournament last month in the same venue.
